1 квітня провайдер цифрового телебачення «Зеонбуд» вимкнув три загальнонаціональні канали: Dobro (ТОВ «ТРК "Нові комунікації"»), Business (ТОВ «ТРК "Погода ТБ"»), «Вінтаж» (ТОВ «Корона санрайс»), а також сім регіональних: ТРК «Вікка» (Черкаси), канал «24» (ТРК «Люкс», Львів), канал «Так TV» (Коледж преси та телебачення, Миколаїв), ТРК «Аверс» (Луцьк), 11 канал (ТРК «Стерх», Дніпропетровськ), ТРК «Ритм» (Рівне) і ТРК «Відікон» (Суми).

Про це «Телекритиці» повідомив член Національної ради з питань телебачення і радіомовлення Владислав Севрюков, посилаючись на дані ранкового моніторингу, проведеного Нацрадою.

Ще 13 березня «Зеонбуд» надіслав Нацраді лист, у якому попередив, що має намір відключити низку регіональних і загальнонаціональних телеканалів, якщо вони не сплатять заборгованість за послуги з розповсюдження цифрового сигналу, розповів пан Севрюков. При цьому в листі йшлося про більше каналів, ніж було в результаті вимкнено. Зокрема, там згадувалися чотири загальнонаціональні канали - Dobro, Business, «Вінтаж» і Tonis, але Tonis так і не вимкнули. «Суть листа була в тому, що їх вимкнуть, якщо вони не заплатять. Можливо, вони заплатили», - припустив пан Севрюков.

Сьогодні ніяких пояснень від «Зеонбуду» до Нацради не надходило, а тому регуляторний орган хоче запросити представників компанії на засідання 2 квітня, щоб обговорити ситуацію, що склалася і вислухати їхні пояснення.
