Офіційна газета Верховної Ради "Голос України" опублікувала закон про посилення відповідальності за порушення виборчих прав громадян.

Закон був прийнятий парламентом 14 жовтня, а 19 жовтня підписаний президентом. Він повинен вступити в силу на наступний день після публікації в "Голосі України",повідомляє Insider

Закон передбачає, що виборці, які продали свій голос на виборах, можуть отримати штраф до 5,1 тисячі, або обмеження волі до двох років.

За підкуп виборців закон передбачає строк до трьох років. Крім того, вводиться відповідальність за крадіжку бюлетенів.

Також документ передбачає підвищення санкцій за правопорушення, вчинені за змовою з членом виборчої комісії, підробку бюлетенів і т.д.
