Міжнародна організація Amnesty International розмістила на своєму офіційному сайті заяву, в якій засудила заборону Комуністичної партії в Україні. Про це організація повідомила на своєму офіційному сайті.

"Забороною Комуністичної партії України ввела небезпечний прецедент. Цей крок відкидає Україну назад на її шляху до реформування та поваги до прав людини", - заявив директор Amnesty International в Європі та Центральній Азії Джон Далхусен.

За його словами, дане рішення порушує право на свободу самовираження і об'єднання.

Як повідомляв PRпортал, 16 грудня, окружний адміністративний суд міста Києва задовольнив позов Міністерства юстиції України в повному обсязі, заборонивши діяльність Комуністичної партії України. Також, таке рішення суду засудила Компартія Росії.
