Міністр внутрішніх справ Арсен Аваков на сторінці у Фейсбук повідомив ,що за підкуп виборців В Одесі на Ківалова завели кримінальну справу:

"А пока возбудили десятки уголовных дел по подкупу. Например вчера в Одесской области по небезизвестному Кивалову."

Також Аваков привітав прийняття Радою закону про покарання за підкуп виборців і додав, що чекає з нетерпінням його підписання президентом :

"Те, кто раздает гречку на выборах - должны смаковать ее в тюрьме!" - Арсений Яценюк расставил акценты, представляя внесенный Кабмином, разработанный МВД закон о ужесточении ответственности за подкуп избирателей!

Закон принят! 233 голоса.ждем подписи Президента как можно скорее."
