Некоторые российские медиа сообщили о том, что якобы помощник-консультант народного депутата Украины Антона Геращенко «обрадовался» крушению российского самолета A321 на Синайском полуострове 31 октября. СМИ ссылались на пост в Твиттере пользователя с именем Павел Петриченко (@PV_Petrychenko), у которого в строке о себе было указано, что он является помощником-консультантом Антона Геращенко, сообщает Stopfake.org

Об этом написали сайты Российского Бизнес-Журнала, радиостанции Говорит Москва, Мировые новости, News2.ru, некоторые блогеры.

Пользователь Павел Петриченко действительно 31 октября в Твиттере написал сообщение, в котором высказался о погибших российских пассажирах, которые находились на борту упавшего самолета. Позже он ограничил доступ к своей странице и заменил текст в строке «о себе».

Советник министра внутренних дел Украины Антон Геращенко ответил StopFake, что Павел Петриченко не является его помощником-консультантом.

«Этот человек никогда не являлся моим помощником. Думаю, что это вообще вымышленный персонаж», — написал Геращенко.

Также на странице  Антона Геращенко на сайте Верховной Раде в списке помощников-консультантов нет человека по имени Павел Петриченко.
