Порошенко и Ренци твердо заявили о невозможности проведения нелегетимных псевдовыборов на Донбассе.
«Выборы, проведенные не по украинскому законодательству, никто не признает в мире, и это будет только способствовать дальнейшей эскалации ситуации», — заявил итальянский премьер.
Стороны отметили важность установления контроля над украинской-российским участком границы, полного прекращения огня и освобождения всех заложников.
По словам Порошенко, сегодня Украина стоит перед значительными вызовами и высоко ценит поддержку Европейского Союза в целом и Италии в частности.
