"З цього з'їзду розпочинається об'єднання партій. Пропоную головою партії Солідарність БПП назначити Віталія Кличка.", - сказав Юрій

Сам Кличко вдавав, що пропозиція Луценка стала для нього несподіванкою.

"Щодо пропозиції Юрія Віталійовича (Луценка) - це велика відповідальність. Але та людина, яка бере відповідальність, бореться - вона може досягти мети. Я не знаю, яке буде голосування, але якщо ви доручете мені таке - моє завдання виправдати довіру всіх українців", - відмітив Віталій
