Сьогодні парламент прийняв постанову про визнання геноциду кримськотатарського народу Радянським Союзом у 1944 році та етноциду Російською Федерацією, починаючи з моменту окупації Криму

Постанову про визнання геноциду кримськотатарського народу у 1944 році голосували сьогодні із поправкою, яка визнає дії Росії по відношенню до кримських татар етноцидом після окупації півострова у 2014 році.

"Органи Російської Федерації, починаючи з дати початку тимчасової окупації, - їхня політика є свідомою політикою етноциду кримськотатарського народу", - пояснив перед голосуванням голова Комітету Верховної Ради України з питань культури і духовності Микола Княжицький.

Нардеп Андрій Лозовий також зачитав звернення кримськотатарською мовою, яке закінчилося фразою "Слава Україні!".

Постанову прийняли 245 голосами "За".
