За підсумками голосування в нижній палаті парламенту Японії Сіндзо Абе переобраний на посаду прем'єр-міністра, повідомляє РИА Новости.

За Абе, який очолює Ліберально-демократичну партію, проголосували 312 депутатів з 465. Для перемоги йому було б достатньо набрати більше половини голосів, тобто 233.

На виборах 22 жовтня Ліберально-демократична партія, яку очолює Абе, отримала 284 з 465 місць в парламенті, а разом зі своїм партнером з коаліції партією Комейто 313 місць. Кожна партія висуває свого кандидата, таким чином прем'єр-міністром стає глава партії, що отримала більшість місць в парламенті. В результаті Абе зберіг за собою посаду і став 98-м прем'єр-міністром країни.

Тепер Абе розпочне формування кабінету. Він уже заявив, що має намір залишити склад уряду без змін. Потім новий кабінет пройде церемонію затвердження імператором, після чого буде вважатися офіційно сформованим.
