Двое друзей из Нью-Йорка устроили гонки велосипеда и суперкара, чтобы определить, на каком виде транспорта удобнее передвигаться по переполненным улицам мегаполиса. Об этом сообщает телеканал новостей "24".

Режиссер и популярный видеоблогер Кейси Нейстат сел за руль спортивного автомобиля McLaren 675LT. Его оппонент, Лукас Брюнель, известный своими работами в сфере видеографии, предпочел более демократичный транспорт - велосипед.

Сразу после старта соперники рванули с места. В начале казалось, что бесспорный лидер соревнования - McLaren. Но вскоре выяснилось, что вся его скорость нивелируется простоями в многочисленных городских пробках. В то же время, юркий велосипед ловко маневрировал среди простаивающих машин, преодолевал немногочисленные препятствия и, в конечном итоге, первым прибыл к месту финиша.

Отметим, что украинцам смотреть видео гонки будет вдвойне приятно: Лукас Брюнель катался по Нью-Йорку в спортивной форме с надписью "Ukraine".

Лукас Брюнель - всемирно известный вело-фотограф, режиссер. Этой весной в Киеве он представлял свой новый фильм о Чернобыле "Lucas Brunelle goes to Chernobyl".
