"Следуем инструкции:
1. Фиксируем нарушителя, фотографируем нарушение и записываем номера автомобиля
2. Качаем и заполняем форму Повідомлення про адміністративне порушення http://www.bogdanovich.eu/…/uploa…/2013/10/povidomlennya.doc, указывая номер автомобиля, место происшествия. Опционально - ссылка на действующие ПДД (pdd.ua)
3. Распечатываем фото нарушителя. Можно в чб.
4. Аккуратно складываем заяву и фото в конверт. Письмо счастья отправлять на адрес: Міністерство внутрішніх справ України 01024, м. Київ, вул. Академіка Богомольця, 10.
5. Клеим марочку
6. Отправляем письмо и ждем ответ, который тоже должен прийти по почте.
