Федеральная антимонопольная служба (ФАС) России оштрафовала Artplay media на 100 тыс. рублей за размещение постеров с рекламой выставки, посвященной творчеству нидерландского художника Иеронима Босха, сообщает LB.ua

Ранее департамент культуры Москвы демонтировал часть рекламных конструкций выставки "Босх. Ожившие видения", сочтя их неэтичными.

После этого в ФАС поступила жалоба от москвича, который посчитал и другие плакаты непристойными. Так, на них были представлены персонажи одной из самых известных картин художника - триптиха "Сад земных наслаждений". В итоге ФАС признала рекламу непристойной и оштрафовала Artplay media. Кроме того, организатору предписали демонтировать все постеры с изображением, которое стало поводом для разбирательства.

Выставка "Босх. Ожившие видения" проходит в рамках года Босха в Европе, приуроченного к 500-летию со дня смерти художника.
