С 1 июля ЦБ отзывает лицензию у московского ПЧРБ Банка. Соответствующая информация содержится в сообщении на сайте регулятора.
Решение о закрытии финансовой организации принято в связи с неисполнением федеральных законов, регулирующих банковскую деятельность, а также нормативных актов ЦБ.
Кроме того, было зафиксировано снижение размера капитала банка ниже минимально допустимого значения. При этом ПЧРБ Банк неадекватно оценивал принятые на себя риски, указывают в Банке России.
ПЧРБ Банк является участником системы страхования вкладов. По данным на 1 июня он занимал 126-е место в банковской системе России по размеру активов. В сентябре 2014 года ультраправая французская партия «Национальный фронт» Марин Ле Пен получила кредит размером девять миллионов евро от ПЧРБ Банка. Сама Ле Пен при этом говорила, что французские банки отказываются кредитовать партию.
