Народный депутат Надежда Савченко, которая находится сейчас в плену в России, внесла в Верховную раду Украины свой первый законопроект.

Об этом сообщает ее адвокат Илья Новиков.

"Хорошая новость для Украины. Депутат Надежда Савченко внесла в Верховную Раду свой первый законопроект - о том, что для осужденных день в СИЗО засчитывается за два дня в колонии. Сейчас они идут по равному курсу. Это и не гуманно и не справедливо. Месяцы в четырех сырых стенах изолятора без воздуха даются гораздо тяжелее, чем даже строгий режим зоны", - написал Новиков в Facebook.

По его словам, аналогичный законопроект уже не раз вносился на рассмотрение в России, но так и не был принят.

Он сообщил, что для того, чтобы это стало возможным, адвокаты контрабандой получали подпись Савченко на документах.

Напомним, летчица Надежда Савченко была похищена и доставлена в Россию во время участия в боевых действиях против пророссийских террористов в Донбассе. Российские власти это отрицают, заявляя, что она якобы причастна к убийству журналистов из РФ. В частности, в России украинке грозит 25 лет заключения.
