Во вторник, 24 мая, в Марганце (Днепропетровская область) на съемочную группу информационного агентства Стоп коррупция ТВ напал неизвестный мужчина.

Как сообщает пресс-служба Нацполиции Украины, 24 мая в 10:50 в Марганецкое отделение полиции Никопольского отдела полиции поступило сообщение от журналиста информационного агентства Стоп коррупция ТВ.

Отмечается, что заявительница рассказала, что около 15 минут назад в магазине во время выполнения профессиональных обязанностей мужчина препятствовал ее журналистской деятельности. Во время съемки он с применением физической силы, толкал ее и оператора с видеокамерой.

Журналист рассказала, что выполняет редакционное задание по освещению незаконных действий должностных лиц частного предприятия, которое занимается вывозом мусора в г. Марганец.

Сейчас сотрудники полиции устанавливают личность мужчины, который, со слов журналиста, напал на них.

Информация о данном факте внесена в Единый реестр досудебных расследований по ч. 1 ст. 171 (препятствование законной профессиональной деятельности журналистов) Уголовного кодекса Украины.

Лицу, совершившему данное правонарушение, грозит штраф или арест, или ограничение свободы на срок до трех лет.
