В захваченном боевиками Алчевске (Луганская область) вывесили транспаранты на украинском языке. Об этом на своей странице в Фейсбук сообщает правозащитник Валерий Новиков

По его словам, баннеры с надписью «Щіро вітаємо» были развешаны по всему городу. «Денег на новые растяжки в «республике» так и не нашлось!», — делает вывод Новиков.

Также Валерий пошутил,что это " ПРИТЕСНЯЕТ русскоговорящее население".
