Национальный совет по электронным СМИ (НСЭСМИ) выявил серьезные нарушения в содержании телеканала "РТР Планета", и его трансляция в Латвии может быть ограничена, сообщили во вторник вечером в передаче "Новости TV3", передает Delfi.

Председатель НСЭСМИ Айя Дулевска сказала, что сейчас готовятся документы. Обнаружено три нарушения, о которых информирована Еврокомиссия. Дулевска допускает, что придется думать о "кардинальном решении" — трансляция канала на территории Латвии может быть запрещена.

В прошлом году НСЭСМИ высказал предупреждение латвийским кабельным операторам за трансляцию канала "РТР Планета" без разрешения на ретрансляцию.
