В індійському місті Джамшедпур днями стартував конкурс, охочі взяти участь в якому повинні сфотографуватися зі сміттєвими баками.

Організатори конкурсу – місцевий комітет Mango Notified Area Committee – розповіли, що хочуть привернуть увагу «молоді, яка обожнює селфі» до однієї з ключових проблем міста – засміченості. Організатори намагаються таким чином закликати мешканців 300-тисячного Джамшедпура викидати сміття в баки як вдома, так і на роботі.

Селфі зі сміттям потрібно надіслати організаторам чи викласти на сторінку організаторів в Facebook до 30 вересня. Авторам трьох найкращих фотокадрів подарують смартфони, а перші 50 учасників конкурсу отримають сертифікати з вдячністю за підтримку чистоти від адміністрації.

Кілька місяців тому відділ постачання питної води та санітарії в одному з регіонів Індії попросив усіх вчителів державних шкіл надіслати фото їхніх туалетів вдома, аби пересвідчитися, що вони ними користуються. 

Нагадаємо, минулого року фотоконкурс селфі врятував столітній міст в українському місті Генічеську від демонтажу.
