Из-за ситуации на 59-й окружной комиссии Центризбирком не сможет установить официальные результаты внеочередных парламентских выборов по партийным спискам в отведенные законом сроки - до 10 ноября .

Об этом заявил председатель ЦИК Михаил Охендовский на встрече с делегацией БДИПЧ/ОБСЕ во главе с заместителем миссии по наблюдения за парламентскими выборами 26 октября в Украине Штефаном Краузе, сообщает Новое время

"Пока не будет составлен протокол окружной комиссии (округа №59 - ред.) об итогах голосования в общегосударственном многомандатном избирательном округе в пределах этого округа, ЦИК может быть лишена возможности установить результаты выборов по всей стране", - заявил руководитель ЦИК.

"Вот такова цена военно-политических провокаций по итогам голосования в пятьдесят девятом округе. К сожалению, на данный момент мы не можем уверенно исключать ситуацию, которая может случиться впервые в истории украинских выборов, когда в установленный законом срок - 10 ноября – комиссия не будет иметь оснований и возможности установить и объявить результаты выборов в многомандатном общегосударственном округе", - констатировал Охендовский.
