В Великобритании на упаковках завтраков Nesquik запретили слоган мультипликационного кролика «Прекрасное начало дня!», передает The Guardian.
Британская Компания по детскому питанию подала жалобу в департамент по рекламе о том, что использование изображения кролика в сочетании с девизом «Прекрасное начало дня!» провоцирует появление у детей плохих пищевых привычек. В рекламе производители называют продукты линейки детских завтраков наиболее подходящими для утреннего приема пищи, при этом содержание в них сахара серьезно превышает допустимый для здоровья уровень.
Производитель завтраков, компания Nestle отрицает обвинения, называя кролика «тщательно разработанным персонажем, физически активным и имеющим энергичный характер, пропагандирующим здоровый образ жизни».
Представители компании подчеркивают, что не призывают к чрезмерному потреблению продуктов и «ищут способ по снижению уровня сахара в продуктах».
