В последнее время в ряде изданий появилась информация о том, что UMH якобы незаконно использует бренд Forbes.

Активное распространение неправдивой информации о якобы незаконном использовании UMH домена forbes.ua является целенаправленной акцией по дискредитации крупнейшего медиахолдинга Украины со стороны конкурентов на рынке.

На сегодня действительно идет судебный спор между UMH Group и Forbes Media, который является сугубо юридическим спором между хозяйствующими субъектами.

В его рамках не принималось ни одного решения, которое каким-либо образом ограничивало права группы относительно использования бренда Forbes.  В том числе UMH Group принадлежит абсолютно легальное право использовать домен forbes.ua.

Более того, это право гарантировано лицензионным договором, действительным до окончания 2018 года, а также договоренностью, достигнутой между Forbes Media и лицензиатом в рамках арбитражного судопроизводства, о том, что лицензиат имеет право использовать бренд Forbes до рассмотрения дела по сути и исполнения решения арбитра.
