У Дарницькому районному суді Києва відкрито провадження про притягнення до адміністративної відповідальності головного бухгалтера політичної партії "Свобода"
 

Про це повідомляє прес-центр Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції, пише Еспресо.ТВ

Департамент з питань запобігання політичній корупції НАЗК за результатом аналізу звіту політичної партії про майно, доходи, витрати і зобов’язання фінансового характеру за ІV квартал 2016 року виявив порушення у порядку отримання внесків на підтримку політичної партії.

Зокрема, були виявлені невідповідності між прізвищами осіб, що здійснювали грошові внески, у звіті партії та на банківських виписках.

Національне агентство виявило, що 11 платежів на загальну суму 2,3 млн грн були внесені протягом листопада-грудня 2016 року в касу банку головним бухгалтером політсили Ярославом Пелешаком.

Таким чином, Ярослав Пелешак порушив встановлений законом порядок отримання внеску на підтримку політичної партії.  Відповідно до порядку, грошові внески на користь політичної партії здійснюються через банківські операції особисто фізичними особами з встановленням установою банку персональної інформації щодо внескодавців. 

Відповідне порушення передбачає накладення штрафу на порушника з конфіскацією суми внеску на користь держави. Загальний розмір внеску, що підлягає конфіскації, становить 2,3 млн гривень.

Наразі розгляд справи перенесений на 4 вересня 2017 року.
