Громадянин Швейцарії, який ставив "лайки" під повідомленнями сумнівного змісту в мережі Facebook, отримав умовний вирок і штраф в розмірі 4 тисяч швейцарських франків в справі про наклеп.

На одного з громадян подали в суд Цюріха за те, що він звинувачував Ервіна Кесслера, президента організації із захисту тварин "Verein gegen Tierfabriken" і його онлайн-асоціацію в расизмі і антисемітизмі.

Серед іншого відповідач поставив шість "лайків" повідомленнями третіх осіб в мережі Facebook, які мали підбурливий характер, коментував їх, а також опубліковував ці повідомлення в своєму профілі. Суд заявив, що підбурювальні повідомлення в Facebook не були виправданими.

За словами судді, повідомлення в соціальних мережах, що містять наклеп зачіпають честь Кесслера. Натиснувши на кнопку "мені подобається" в мережі Facebook, обвинувачений нібито визнав, що він з ним згоден.

Обвинувачений все ще може оскаржити рішення в кантональному суді Цюриха.
