Увечері, 7 листопада, близько 20:00 в районі електростанції біля білбордів з боку Троїцької церкви зібралося близько трьох десятків людей, десяток автомобілів, правоохоронці. Причиною стало те, що невідомі намагалися повісити антирекламу проти кандидата на посаду міського голови Віталія Малецького (політична партія «Поруч») на одному з білбордів.

На білборді зображений кандидат та напис «Віталька СТОП». Роботи з поклейки були перервані, прибула міліція.

Спостерігачу Громадянської мережі ОПОРА повідомили, що на місце подій приїхали народний депутат Юрій Шаповалов з помічником та перший номер списку партії «Батьківщина» Олександр Головач. Міліція зібрала показання з учасників процесу поклейки антиреклами, а також з тих, хто їх зупинив.

Також у мережі з'явилося відео, яке знімав один з помічників нардепа Шаповалова Руслан Проценко. Він стверджує, що у нього намагалися забрати телефон люди, які наклеювали білборд, – вдарили і тримали за руки. Руслан написав заяву про застосування насилля стосовно нього.
