Президент США Дональд Трамп пожертвовал $100 тысяч со своей зарплаты на борьбу с алкогольной зависимостью людей.

Об этом сообщило The Hill.

"Белый дом подтвердил, что Дональд Трамп пожертвовал $100 тысяч Национальному институту исследований злоупотребления алкоголем и алкоголизма, дочернему учреждению Национального института здоровья", - говорится в сообщении.

Отмечается, что старший брат американского лидера Фред Трамп умер в 1981 году от алкоголизма.

Сам же президент неоднократно называл это причиной того, почему он не пьет.
