Президент США Дональд Трамп після проведених напередодні зустрічей з главами МЗС України та РФ Павлом Клімкіним та Сергієм Лавровим розповів про ці події у своєму Twitter, зробивши одне повідомлення.

"Вчора, в один день я провів зустрічі з міністром закордонних справ Росії Сергієм Лавровим та міністром закордонних справ України Павлом Клімкіним. #LetsMakePeace (давайте прагнути миру! - Ред.)" – написав Трамп.

Трамп разом із повідомленням, в якому наприкінці тексту додав хештег #LetsMakePeace, також опублікував фото зустрічей. На одній половині фото - його зустріч із Лавровим, а на другій - зустріч із Клімкіним.

Раніше повідомлялося, що Білий дім не очікував, що російський уряд дозволить своєму державному інформагентству публікувати фотографії зустрічі президента США Дональда Трампа і глави МЗС РФ Сергія Лаврова.

Нагадаємо, що 10 травня у Білому домі відбулися зустрічі глави МЗС РФ Сергія Лаврова з держсекретарем США Рексом Тіллерсоном і президентом США Дональдом Трампом.

Того ж дня президент США Дональд Трамп зустрівся у Білому домі з міністром закордонних справ України Павлом Клімкіним та обговорив з ним подальшу підтримку України з боку США.
