Американський президент Дональд Трамп заявив, що остання стаття видання Washington Post, в якій повідомлялося, що нинішній генпрокурор США Джефф Сешнс зустрічався з послом в РФ на території США Сергієм Кисляком, є незаконним витоком інформації розвідки, - інформує ВВС.

У публікації американських журналістів повідомляється, що американська розвідка, прослуховуючи розмову російського посла Кисляка, змогла довідатися про його зустріч в 2016 році із Джеффом Сешнсом, який раніше був радником Трампа, а згодом його призначили генеральним прокурором США. У розмові Кисляк повідомляв, що він обговорив з американцем питання зовнішньої політики США, які є ключовими для Російської Федерації, а також передвиборчу кампанію американських виборів. Сам генпрокурор заперечив, що така розмова дійсно була. 

Не забув прокоментувати цю новину і нинішній глава Сполучених Штатів Америки Дональд Трамп. Він обурився «черговим витоком розвідувальної інформації, яка цього разу стосується Джеффа Сешнса». Трамп наголосив, що такі дії журналістів мають припинитись.
