Лидер ВО «Батькивщина», депутат ВР Юлия Тимошенко ведет работа над подготовкой собственной Конституции Украины. Как передает PRпортал со ссылкой на «Апостроф», об этом заявили представители близкого окружения политика. При этом известно, что Тимошенко готова к проведению конституционной реформы, но только по своему сценарию, - в то время, пока общая масса политиков нацелена на внесение изменений в действующую Конституцию, она готовит новую ее версию.
«Это не будут изменения к нынешней Конституции, ее менять нет смысла. Это будет совершенно новый документ», - подчеркнул источник «Апострофа». В том числе, сейчас Тимошенко с бывшими судьями Конституционного суда и другими экспертами работает над концепцией новых правил социально-политических отношений, но пока неизвестно, о чем именно идет речь. Новый документ политик предложит лишь в случае, если станет президентом, и в документе полномочия главы государства вряд ли будут сокращены.
«Безусловно, в случае победы она не сразу сможет предлагать новую Конституцию. Пока что Тимошенко работает над концепцией создания конституанта – органа, который напрямую будет заниматься разработкой Конституции», - пояснили единомышленники политика.
