Зокрема суддя Марина Васіна задовольнила позов про захист честі і гідності олігарха Алішера Усманова. Мільярдер вимагав визнати недостовірними та такими, що порочать його честь 12 публікацій Навального і ФБК, видалити їх і опублікувати спростування.

"Те, що ви бачили, не можна назвати судовим процесом, адже навіть свідків тут не допитали. Якщо система так захищає шахраї і злодії, то з такою системою треба боротися ще сильніше", - прокоментував Навальний рішення суду.

Нагадаємо, на початку березня Олексій Навальний опублікував дослідження Фонду боротьби з корупцією про корупційну імперії прем'єр-міністра Росії Дмитра Медведєва. Сам герой публікації виступив із спростуванням цих даних через місяць. Алішер Усманов зазначався у фільмі Він вам не Дімон як один з можливих хабародавців.

Розслідування спровокувало масові протестні мітинги по всій Росії. За його результатами тільки в Москві поліція затримала понад тисячу учасників.

У той же час у Навального раніше вже анонсували нову акцію на 12 червня.
