Смольнинский районный суд Петербурга постановил прекратить деятельность группы MDK в соцсети "ВКонтакте" по требованию прокуратуры, заявившей о размещении на сайте оскорбительных материалов, пишет РИА Новости.

"Суд постановил запретить доступ к информации в сообществе MDK в соцсети "ВКонтакте", — сказала судья.

Ранее прокуратура Центрального района Санкт-Петербурга обратилась в суд с требованием запретить доступ к информации, размещенной в сообществе MDK в соцсети "ВКонтакте". По данным прокуратуры, проверка сообщества установила, что на сайте "размещаются информационные материалы, оскорбляющие чувства верующих, унижающие различные группы людей по признакам религиозной и национальной принадлежности".
