Цивільний суд Брюсселя зобов'язав Facebook припинити стеження за своїми користувачами і обробку їх даних.

Про це пишуть "Подробности".

"Соціальна мережа повинна виконати вимогу впродовж 48 годин. Якщо вона не зробить цього, то повинна буде платити штраф в €250 тис. щодня бельгійської комісії з захисту недоторканності приватного життя", - повідомляє видання.

Ще червні ця комісія визначила, що Facebook стежить за користувачами в Інтернеті через історію в браузерах, яка залишалася на комп'ютерах після натискання кнопки Like або Share.

У свою чергу Facebook заявляв, що вирішення подібних питань знаходиться не в юрисдикції Бельгії.
