Окружной административный суд Киева 13 октября отказал Коммунистической партии Украины в удовлетворении иска к Министерству юстиции Украины. 

Своим иском КПУ пыталась обязать Минюст отменить приказ от 23 июля. Этим приказом Минюст на основании одного из законов о декоммунизации запретил партиям, в названиях которых есть слово "коммунистический", участвовать в местных выборах, сообщается на сайте суда, пишет LB.ua.

Напомним, после введения запрета КПУ заявила, что подаст своих кандидатов от имени партии "Новая держава".

Сейчас в суде также находится иск о запрете КПУ из-за подрывных действий партии. Очередное заседание по этому делу назначено на 23 октября.
