Коллегия судей Апелляционного суда Киева своим решением оставила в силе решение Печерского суда, который ранее вернул Генпрокуратуре ходатайство о разрешении на начало заочного расследования против бывшего министра доходов и сборов Александра Клименко. Об этом УНН сообщил источник апелляционного суда Киева.

ГПУ просила суд разрешить начать процедуру заочного осуждения Клименко как подозреваемого в присвоении 616 миллионов гривен государственных средств на посту главы Государственной налоговой службы.

Суд отказался рассматривать это ходатайство 15 февраля, отметив, что письменное подозрение было направлено Генпрокуратурой на неправильный адрес. Поэтому суд признал ходатайство несоответствующим нормам Уголовного процессуального кодекса.

Ходатайство о начале заочного расследования против Клименко было направлено в Печерский суд еще 30 июня 2015 года.
