30 вересня 2015 року Окружним адміністративним судом міста Києва прийняті рішення по справам за позовами Міністерства юстиції України до Комуністичної партії України (оновленої) та Комуністичної партії робітників і селян  про припинення діяльності політичної партії, якими позовні вимоги задоволені в повному обсязі та припинено діяльність вказаних партій, повідомляє прес-служба ОАСК.

Окрім цього, триває розгляд адміністративної справи за позовом Міністерства юстиції України до Комуністичної партії України про припинення діяльності політичної партії, оскільки Комуністичною партією України в судовому порядку оскаржується наказ Міністерства юстиції України, який є підставою для заборони її діяльності. Розгляд справи за позовом Мінюсту до КПУ про припинення її діяльності призначено на 8 жовтня 2015р, 14.00.
