Советник новоизбранного президента США Дональда Трампа Ньют Гингрич заявил во время прямого эфира на телеканале Fox New о том, что певицу Мадонну следует арестовать.

«Это новый левый фашизм. Она — это его часть, я думаю, мы должны быть готовы к тому, чтобы защитить себя... Мадонну нужно арестовать», — заявил Гингрич.

Отметим, что в ходе своего выступления во время женского марша протеста Мадонна успела дважды матом обругать Трампа, после чего трансляцию прервали, а ведущая CNN извинилась перед зрителями за непечатную лексику.

Позже Мадонна заявила, что СМИ вырвали ее фразу из контекста и исказили ее.

"Я бы хотела прояснить несколько очень важных вещей. Я не жестокий человек, я не выступаю за насилие и важно, чтобы люди услышали и поняли мое выступление во всей его полноте, а не одну фразу, грубо вырванную из контекста", - отметила поп-звезда.
