Для призначення нової дати виборів у ЛНР і ДНР від Києва можуть зажадати прийняти окремий закон.

Тристороння контактна група щодо врегулювання ситуації на Донбасі на зустрічі в Мінську може прийняти рішення про перенесення місцевих виборів в ДНР і ЛНР,повідомляє Кореспондент з посиланням на Интерфакс.

"Питання про перенесення виборів у ДНР і ЛНР буде ключовим на зустрічі підгрупи. За результатами її роботи контактна група може прийняти рішення перенести вибори на інші дати, однак тут зовсім не йдеться про те, що Київ і Донбас обов'язково будуть проводити вибори в один день", - йдеться в повідомленні.

Як уточнюється, одна з головних умов перенесення виборів - згода Києва прийняти закон про місцеві вибори в окремих районах Донецької та Луганської областей.

"Необхідний окремий закон, в якому були б враховані деякі важливі пункти. На першому місці тут дворічний ценз осілості для кандидатів. Ще однією умовою є повне дотримання мажоритарного принципу, тобто невисунення кандидатів від політичних партій, а лише на індивідуальній одномандатній основі", - додало джерело.

Також важливими умовами для перенесення виборів може стати прийняття Києвом закону про амністію для учасників подій на сході України.

Сьогодні, 6 жовтня, на переговорах у Мінську відбудеться обговорення питання про місцеві вибори на Донбасі.
