Телеканал Lifenews сократит до половины сотрудников к Новому году, сообщил TJournal со ссылкой на источники, знакомые с ситуацией внутри компании. Решение о сокращении штата руководство приняло около двух недель назад в связи с затруднительным финансовым положением владеющего телеканалом холдинга NewsMedia. Кто из сотрудников покинет компанию, стало известно 16 декабря. 


В приемной генерального директора NewsMedia Арама Габрелянова отказались от комментариев по вопросу сокращения штата.
12 декабря руководитель креативного отдела Lifenews Андрей Михеев рассказал на своей странице в фейсбуке, что с 1 января он будет вынужден работать без выходных. 

8 декабря появилась информация о возможном сокращении штата в интернет-издании «Лента.ру». Главный редактор «Ленты» Алексей Гореславский пояснил, что издание сократят приблизительно на 10% сотрудников из-за переоценки бюджетной стратегии на 2015 год.
