Сергій Шилін виграв вибори на посаду голови міської ради Лисичанська Луганської області. Відповідне рішення 29 жовтня прийняла міська виборча комісія, пишуть Українські новини

Відповідно до протоколу, за висуванця партії "Опозиційний блок", в.о. директора шахти ім. Капустіна ПАТ "Лисичанськвугілля" Шиліна віддав свої голоси 12 661 виборець, що становило 52,45%.

Він вибраний на цю посаду уперше. За висуванця, що зайняв друге місце, партії "Блок Петра Порошенка "Солідарність" Віталія Шведова проголосували 17,4% виборців.
