Похоже, в 135 мажоритарном и. о. появились технические кандидаты.

Так, файлы с предвыборными программами уже зарегистрированных кандидатов Сергея Кивалова, Нины Анищук и Дмитрия Андреева созданы на одном компьютере. В этом можно убедиться, ознакомившись на сайте ЦИК с соответствующими документами Избирком

Имя пользователя, создавшего все три файлы, говорит о многом – «Kivalov».

Также стоит отметить, что Нина Анищук является профессором Национального университета «Одесская юридическая академия». Она уже баллотировалась в 2012 году, и, несмотря на события последнего года, практически не изменила предвыборную программу. Документы образца 2012 и 2014 годов отличаются лишь небольшими стилистическими изменениями и перестановкой слов.

Массовая «штамповка» предвыборных программ кандидатов с одного компьютера была зафиксирована журналистами в парламентской кампании 2012 года. Тогда сразу в нескольких округах были отмечены подобные проколы.

Напомним, что технология «подставных» кандидатов позволяет во время жеребьевки провести большее количество своих людей в участковые комиссии.
