Власниками суттєвих часток телеканалу "Інтер" є українські бізнесмени Валерій Хорошковський та Дмитро Фірташ, а також громадянин Кіпру Васула Константіноу.

Про це свідчить оновлена структура власності каналу, пише "Телекритика".

Так, Хорошковський опосередковано володіє 45% через компанію K. H. Investments, Фірташ – 36% через компанію Group DF Holdings Limited, а Константіноу – 10% через Sky Ventures Limited.

Ще 9% телеканалу володіє Сергій Льовочкін – через компанію Oskaro investments limited, але він уже не є власником суттєвої частки.

 
 
ТЕЛЕКРИТИКА

Кіпріот Васула Константиноу замінив у структурі власності Світлану Плужникову.

Вона володіла телеканалом через компанію Pegasus Entertainment Limited, зареєстровану на Британських Віргінських островах, якій належала компанія "Пегас телебачення". Тепер цими компаніями через компанії Sky Ventures Limited і One Solutions Corp. володіє Константиноу.

Бенефіціарним власником "Інтера", як і раніше, зазначено Фірташа.

1 лютого 2013 року повідомлялося, що компанія K.H. Media Limited Хорошковського уклала угоду щодо продажу 100% акцій компанії Inter media group limited, в яку входить "Інтер", фірмі GDF Media Limited Фірташа.
