Столичный Окружной административный суд отказал бывшему грузинскому президенту Михаилу Саакашвили в требовании о признании незаконным решение Государственной миграционной службы о его реадмиссии в Польшу, - передает PRпортал. По информации пресс-службы ведомства, не было удовлетворено также требование политика признать незаконными соответствующие действия по реадмиссии и вынудить ГМС отменить данное решение.


Вместе с тем, в суде отметили, что что фактическими обстоятельствами дела удалось установить, что 10 сентября 2017 года в пункте пропуска через госграницу Украины «Шегини» Саакашвили незаконно совершил пересечение госграницы Украины из Польши без разрешения соответствующих органов власти.

Более того, суд определил, что по результатам рассмотрения соответствующего запроса в Польше дали согласие на реадмиссию политика, о чем была проинформирована Госмиграционная служба Украины письмом, копия которого присутствует в материалах административного дела.
