"Франкомовний канал RT розпочне трансляцію до кінця року з бюджетом у 25 мільйонів євро", - йдеться у повідомленні

Зазначається, що російський телеканал RT, який донедавна називався Russia Today, вже мовить на англійській, іспанській та арабській мовах. І загальний його бюджет складає близько 300 млн євро.

"Цей крок показує, яке значення надає Кремль м'якій силі, чий інформаційний департамент підконтрольний міністерству оборони",- пише видання.
