Фракція БПП виключила зі свого складу народного депутата Борислава Розенблата.

Про це у понеділок журналістам заявив голова фракції БПП Артур Герасимов, пише Українська правда

"Що стосується Борислава Розенблата, ми заслухали його позицію, було жваве обговорення. Після цього було прийнято два важливих рішення. Перше - Борислав Розенблат був виключений з фракції БПП", - зазначив він.

"Друге - фракція підтримає в залі подання ГПУ на притягнення Розенблата до кримінальної відповідальності", - додав Герасимов.

Водночас прес-служба політсили повідомляє, що рішення про виключення фракція БПП ухвалила переважною більшістю голосів, виконуючи прохання самого Розенблата.

Фракція також прийняла рішення надати згоду про зняття  з Розенблата депутатської недоторканності та притягнення депутата до відповідальності.

Фракція також проголосувала за позбавлення депутатської недоторканності та притягнення до відповідальності усіх шести народних депутатів, на яких були подання  Генпрокуратури.

Як відомо, 7 липня Регламентний комітет ВР підтримав подання ГПУ на зняття недоторканності з депутата від фракції БПП Борислава Розенблата та направив цей висновок Верховній Раді.

Антикорупційні органи звинувачують Розенблата в тому, що він і депутат з фракції "Народний фронт" Максим Поляков вимагали хабар від компанії-нерезидента за видобуток бурштину в Україні.
