Политический эксперт Евгений Магда считает, что между Вашингтоном и Мадридом будет происходить определенная конкуренция за экстрадицию украинского олигарха Дмитрия Фирташа именно в их страны. Главная цель – получить от Фирташа компромат на Россию, сообщает PRпортал.
По словам Евгения Магды, правоохранители США и ЕС хотят получить от Фирташа информацию о газовых сделках, к которым причастен президент России Владимир Путин. В контексте последних действий России становится понятно, что в Кремле очень хотят, чтобы Фирташа забрать из Австрии. Внутри ЕС есть разные страны по отношению к России, и в Австрии это отношение достаточно лояльное, в Испании не столь лояльное, поэтому вполне возможно правительство Испании захочет сделать услугу правительству Германии, объясняет Магда.
«Учитывая работу американских правоохранителей, то даже знакомство с Дональдом Трампом не создали бы для Фирташа какую-то большую протекцию, тем более знакомство с Манафортом. У нас сейчас происходит преобразование Манафорта в могущественного, но это не так, ведь Манафорт мог раньше претендовать на какую-то весомую роль в американской политике, когда он вычислил формулу победы Дональда Трампа. Сейчас же у американского президента есть более весомые советники по большинству вопросов», - отметил Евгений Магда.
