Самовольно занятые земельные участки под жилыми домами будут легализованы до 2017 года. На них могут рассчитывать граждане России

Соответствующее решение было принято крымскими депутатами, передает ДеПо.

Как сообщила пресс-служба крымского парламента, законопроект внесен Сергеем Аксеновым «для урегулирования вопросов, связанных с самовольным занятием земельных участков на территории Республики Крым, узакониванием прав на эти участки граждан Российской Федерации, в том числе жертвам незаконной депортации по национальному признаку».

Бесплатно в собственность гражданам передаются участки площадью от 5 до 10 соток, которые по состоянию на 21 марта 2014 года не закреплены под строительство объектов государственного и муниципального значения, не относятся к особо охраняемым территориям или защитным лесам, не находятся в частной собственности, или не предоставлены в пользование гражданам или юридическим лицам.

В случае самозахвата на указанных территориях нуждающимся в жилье может предоставляться другой земельный участок.
