Чтобы понять своего потребителя – нужно прожить его жизнь, думать его мыслями, стать им. Каждый новый проект, новая задача – это новая жизнь, совершенно иная. «Кто из нас будним вечером в баре не ныл перед друзьями, как скучно всю жизнь думать о чипсах и памперсах? А наутро приходил на работу и жадно вгрызался в очередной бриф, вызывая на помощь дух потребителя. Вот мы об этом, с удовольствием для себя и уважением к КМФР», – Святослав Спектор, креативный директор Scholz & Friends Kyiv.
