Керівник Київської міської військової адміністрації Тимур Ткаченко заявив, що Євген Ієвлєв залишає посаду речника після інформації про його погрози журналісту Євгену Вакуленку.

 "Сьогодні останній день перебування Євгена Ієвлєва на посаді речника. Я хочу подякувати Євгену за роботу на цій посаді. І окремо, хочу подякувати за захист України", - написав Ткаченко в Telegram.

Ткаченко заявив, що процес пошуку нового речника затягнувся, тому від імені КМВА комунікацію здійснюватиме він особисто.

Голова КМВА Тимур Ткаченко не уточнив причини звільнення речника. Проте це сталося за кілька днів після того, як журналіст «Вільного радіо» Євген Вакуленко заявив про погрози від Ієвлєва.

За словами Вакуленка, після виходу матеріалу про декларацію військовослужбовця Покровського районного ТЦК та СП, який виявився батьком Ієвлєва, той почав фізично йому погрожувати. Сам Ієвлєв пояснив, що обурився через матеріал і його «маніпулятивність».

Після скандалу, депутат Київської обласної ради Горковенко звернувся до голови КМВА Ткаченка із закликом звільнити Ієвлєва із займаної посади
