Национальный совет по вопросам телевидения и радиовещания обязал радиостанцию Люкс ФМ уплатить штраф в размере 50 520 грн за несоблюдение квоты на украиноязычные песни.

Как передает Укринформ, внеплановая проверка установила, что доля песен на украинском языке на радио в промежутке времени с 07:00 до 14:00 составляла 23,5% вместо необходимых 25%. Поэтому в Нацтелерадио наложили штраф на Люкс ФМ в размере 5% от общей суммы лицензионного сбора лицензии (50 520 грн). 

Программный директор радиостанции Люкс ФМ Евгений Фешак пояснил, что в день проверки произошла техническая ошибка. По его словам, традиционно процент украинской музыки в эфире составляет 34-36%. 

Напомним, что 8 ноября 2016 года вступил в силу закон о квотах на украинский продукт на радио. Согласно ему, радиостанции, в которых доля эфира на языках Европейского Союза составляет не менее 60%, должны транслировать 25% украиноязычных песен.
