Верховна Рада України включила до порядку денного сесії два законопроекти про забезпечення проведення голосування на чергових виборах депутатів міських рад та міських голів у Красноармійську та Маріуполі Донецької області у 2015 році.

 

Йдеться про законопроекти 3371 та 3371-1, пише УНІАН

Авторами одного із законопроектів є група депутатів від "Опозиційного блоку", другого - позафракційний народний депутат Сергій Тарута.

Як повідомляв УНІАН, 25 жовтня не відбулося голосування на місцевих виборах у Маріуполі і Красноармійську. Територіальні виборчі комісії цих міст відмовились передавати дільничним виборчим комісіям бюлетені, надруковані "Приазовським робочим", через пошкодження, а також помилки в них. Відповідно, виборці Маріуполя та Красноармійська не змогли взяти участь у місцевих виборах.

Авторами законопроекту №3371 є народні депутати від «Опозиційного блоку» Юрій Бойко, Тетяна Бахтеєва, Олексій Білий, Юрій Воропаєв, Володимир Гусак, Сергій Матвієнков та Сергій Сажко. Вони пропонують призначити вибори в Красноармійську та Маріуполі на 15 листопада.

Законопроектом № 3371-1 авторства Тарути пропонується, щоб Верховна Рада доручила ЦВК призначити вибори у Маріуполі та Красноармійську.

У свою чергу, 2 листопада ЦВК рекомендувала парламенту призначити вибори в цих містах на 15 листопада.
