Президент России Владимир Путин заявил, что считает США единственной сверхдержавой, не упомянув при этом свою собственную.

Такое заявление российский президент сделал на Петербургском международном экономическом форуме, передает Апостроф

"Америка – великая держава. Сегодня, наверное, единственная супердержава. Мы это принимаем. Мы хотим и готовы работать с Соединенными Штатами. Миру нужна такая мощная страна, как США. И нам нужна. Но нам не нужно, чтобы они постоянно вмешивались в наши дела, указывали, как нам жить, мешали Европе строить с нами отношения", - говорит Путин.

Также российский президент признал то, что санкции, которые установила РФ против США, имеют "нулевой эффект".

"На Европе санкции отражаются, а в США никак не отражаются, нулевой эффект. Но американцы говорят своим партнерам: надо потерпеть. Зачем им терпеть, я не понимаю. Ну, хотят – пусть терпят", – сказал Путин.
